Dongqi crane machine magnetic overhead crane includes magnetic overhead crane with electromagnetic chunk and electromagnetic overhead crane with carrier beam.

According to the using characteristics of the magnetic overhead crane, the components and parts for the crane are selected. The magnetic chunk is chosen according to the length of the material and the temperature. The cab of the crane can be installed on the left side or right side of the crane as required.

The carrier beam can be parallel to the main beam or perpendicular to the main beam of the crane; the magnetic cranes are with different lifting capacities according to overhead crane design. To lift over length metal materials, the over length electromagnetic overhead crane with carrier beam can be designed to meet the needs to lift and transport steel plate and other materials. The magnetic force of the electromagnet can be adjusted according to the specification and weight of materials, and the carrier beam can be with different lengths on request.

Wire Rope Electric Hoists Inspections

  1.Wire rope electric hoist motor temperature rise is too high. First of all, check whether the  wire rope electric hoist  is overloaded. The overload causes the motor to heat up. Then check whether the motor bearing is damaged or not, and whether the motor works according to the regulations. When the motor is running, if the brake clearance is too small, will generate a large frictional force. The frictional heat also increases the additional load. 2.Wire rope electric hoist can not start after heavy objects rise to mid-air, or after parking can not re-start.
