On mechanical systems of single girder overhead crane

 Lifting mechanism of the single girder overhead crane has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, and convenient operation and so on.

• Gearbox. Single girder overhead crane with electric hoist reducer adopts helical gear three-stage gear, gear and gear shaft used 40Cr or 20CrMnTi steel forging processing, along with heat treatment, all with a rolling bearing, box shell made of cast iron manufacturing, assembly is close, dustproof and reliable
• Drum. The rolling drum of the single girder overhead crane is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe, which is connected with the reducer and the other end is supported by a rolling bearing at the front end of the conical motor. The roll shell is made of steel plate.
• Hook. The hook of the single girder overhead crane is made of 20 steel forging, and is connected with a thrust ball bearing by hook beam and shell, the hook running freely.
• Coupling. The torque of the motor is transmitted to the speed reducer through the claw type elastic coupling, and the coupling can absorb the load shock to obtain a smooth start.
• Limit switch. To prevent faults caused due to hook up and down over the limit position, limiting device is arranged on the hoist, when the hook to the limit position, due to the single girder overhead crane drum device on the guide rope device drives the limit position controller action to automatically cut off power make the gourd to stop running.
• Motor. The starting torque of the motor with larger starting torque, in order to adapt to the frequent direct start of the product, the maximum torque is 2.4~3 times of the rated torque.
• To ensure the safe and reliable, all the electric hoist are equipped with a weight limiter.
• Electric control system. The single girder overhead crane control box and operation button box, is with pressure loss, interlock, overload, overload alarm, etc.
