Limit Switch on Hoist

Limit switches on hoist are safety devices that can cut power to certain functions of your hoist. Hoist limit switches can be custom built to work with load limits, upper limits, and slack rope limits.

Traveling Limit Switch on Hoist

The electric hoist limit switch is used to limit the operation of the hoist crane in a certain safety range, and to install the protective electrical appliances which are controlled by the motor. The electric hoist limit device is installed on the hoist motor seat, which is used with the limit rod of the electric hoist itself, so as to achieve the purpose of rising and falling two-way limit.

Limit device by the fire limiter and guide rod composition. The stopper is installed on the lifting motor junction box for upper and lower limit protection of the hoisting mechanism. Its working principle is as follows: the wire rope guide board pushes the guide rod and then drives the fire limit switch to cut off the power of the lifting motor.
