Installation and commissioning of European standard single girder eot crane

 On May, 2017, Bangladesh customer informed Yuantai crane that they want installed the crane this month and please arrange the engineer come our factory. On 25th May, Yuantai crane dispatch one engineer to help customer install the crane on site. It takes about 7 days to install and test two sets crane and crane rail. The customer gives Yuantai crane highly appreciated and is very satisfied with Yuantai crane products.

Wire Rope Electric Hoists Inspections

  1.Wire rope electric hoist motor temperature rise is too high. First of all, check whether the  wire rope electric hoist  is overloaded. The overload causes the motor to heat up. Then check whether the motor bearing is damaged or not, and whether the motor works according to the regulations. When the motor is running, if the brake clearance is too small, will generate a large frictional force. The frictional heat also increases the additional load. 2.Wire rope electric hoist can not start after heavy objects rise to mid-air, or after parking can not re-start. First check if the system voltage is too low or the fluctuation is too large. If it is, restart it only after the voltage returns to normal.
