On Steel frame fabrication of single girder overhead crane

  • 1) The steel frame of the single girder overhead crane is made of Q235B material steel which is widely used, the used steel along with material report and qualified certificates.
  • 2) The steel frame fabrication strictly follow national standard, main force weld line use double groove welding technique, all process with appearance inspection and nondestructive inspection, all welding engineer should be qualified with corresponding certificates.
  • 3) Main girder of the single girder overhead crane is fabricated with complete plate. In other words, the crane girder is all plates without any joints, offering a solid foundation for the safety of the single girder overhead crane.
