In order to offer a super suitable solution for Mr. Abdulla, we did not reply the quotation as soon as we received his inquiry. We replied Abdulla’s email for asking the following detailed information (kindly inform us if you also need the steel structures solution of overhead crane), our engineers can provide suitable design for your application:
  • The working drawing and photos. Like the length, width and height of workshop. Need to refer this information to make the design for the layout of the steel structures.
  • The lifting capacity, lifting height and span of the overhead crane.
  • The travel length of the overhead crane.
  • The application: What materials to be lifted?
  • Any special request to the working speed of the crane?
  • The working class. How many times will you use this crane each day? How many hours will you use the overhead crane each time?
  • The power supply.
After details confirmed, Mr. Abdulla told us that he didn’t know how to make the foundations for the steel structures, he needs our help to solve this problem. Our engineer Mr. Hao made the detailed civil works drawings and marked each detail( such as the foundation hole width, length and depth, etc.) clearly on the drawing. Mr. Abdulla gave a big thanks to our engineer for what he has done.

And then, we sent the formal PI and signed the contract with Abdulla and got the advanced payment. The production and delivery all went smoothly. We sent some pictures of the production to Abdulla for his reference, he was very satisfied with our service.

Wire Rope Electric Hoists Inspections

  1.Wire rope electric hoist motor temperature rise is too high. First of all, check whether the  wire rope electric hoist  is overloaded. The overload causes the motor to heat up. Then check whether the motor bearing is damaged or not, and whether the motor works according to the regulations. When the motor is running, if the brake clearance is too small, will generate a large frictional force. The frictional heat also increases the additional load. 2.Wire rope electric hoist can not start after heavy objects rise to mid-air, or after parking can not re-start. First check if the system voltage is too low or the fluctuation is too large. If it is, restart it only after the voltage returns to normal.
